Romulus Central School District Registration (UPK-12)


ATTENTION: Returning Users - Code is only good for 48 hours.

ALERT: Online registration will timeout after 15 minutes.  Please be prepared with ALL of your information BEFORE you start.  You cannot save until the end.  If you need to go back in and add data or documents after you save, you can access this with your password/username.  A help desk ticket has been placed with the vendor to try to correct this issue and extend the timeout, but for now we ask that you be prepared before the start and go back in if needed.

Welcome to Romulus! It is our goal to make this transition as quick and positive as possible. Please take a moment to gather the following items:

  • Proof of child’s age (birth certificate, passport, medical card, certificate of baptism, or other acceptable proof of age)
  • Proof of residency (lease/deed, rental contact, utility bill, letter from landlord, letter from person you are living with, other)
  • Proof of custody or guardianship (if applicable)
  • Immunization records & Last Physical (Must have taken place within the past 12 months) 

You will need electronic versions of these documents so you can attach them to the registration.  If not already in electronic form, you can scan or take a picture of these items.

All applications are considered incomplete until all documentation listed has been provided.

You will be asked for the following information, so it will be helpful to have it on hand:
        • Additional/Emergency Contacts-name, phone numbers and email address
         • Last school attended- name, address, phone number, fax number and email address of the
             registrar or main office.
         • Your child’s doctor-name and phone number
         • Your child’s dentist-name and phone number

Below are additional documents that may be needed to complete the registration process:

  • Free and Reduced Meal Price Application (for those interested in applying)
  • Sample Health Form (this or something similar must be obtained from your child's doctor)
  • Special Education Notice and Medicaid Consent Form
  • Romulus CSD Non-Resident Annual Application.
