If you need to go back in and add information or documents after you have saved and submitted them, you can access this site with your username and password.

In order to begin registering your child for school, please complete the online pre-registration questionnnaire.

Please be prepared with the following information before you start:

• 2 Proofs of Residency (driver's license, mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement, tax receipt, utility bill)
• Original proof of studen't birth (birth certificate, record of baptism, passport)
• Immunization records and current physical
• Custody/Guardianship/Adoption documents, if applicable.
